We are back from Vegas!

It was a grand time that involved a lot of good food, lots of shopping and 

some good times with Grandpa Bohn

I will give you a more detailed photo essay on it laters

I got photography homework to do

3 more days of class until summer term is over!

Because my sister got mad at me, and it has been over a month since I last blogged, 

I am blogging

nothing too exciting has been going on, so this is probably going to be a boring post

and I apologize

but I thought I would show you some recent photography I have been doing for my class

It is nothing special and was pretty rushed so I am not super proud of it, but it is what I have been spending time on as of late

This was for my cropping assignment

this is my only picture that was changed to a jpeg so I guess I will have to show you the others later

I also have some pictures from my 4th of July spent in Ely, Nevada

I will edit those suckers and get them in an acceptable format other than CR2

In other news, I saw Harry Potter, and while I am sad it is all over, I am handling it pretty well

much better than most people on facebook, I would like to say

the only thing I would like to say about it is that I always knew Snape was good

so I feel VERY vindicated

and I cried during every scene he was in

and Alan Rickman did a PHENOMENAL job portraying Snape

In unrelated news I just realized I am moving to Arizona in approximately 5.5 months

AND I AM SO EXCITED!!!

Not that Provo hasn't been good to me, but it has lost some of it's charm

and most of my people are gone

or are leaving too soon (Rizzow and Raquel...)

and I am so ready for a new adventure

and I am ready to be around more non-mormons

I want to have more opportunities to do missionary work than Provo is currently offering me

but I bet I will be excited to come back to Provo for Graduation in April

My favorite time wasting website these days

Especially when I should be studying for my final...

Seriously, you won't be disappointed.

My life as of late has been crazy!

Between work, school, and my internship I have trouble finding time to eat and sleep

but somehow I manage to fit in some fun things, including projects

Here are just a few projects I have been doing as of late...

My best friend graduated from college in April and asked me if I would take some pictures for her announcements, or rather her husband asked me... Of course I said yes and we had a fun little shoot 

More recently, as in this weekend, I started working with a band called Rain, Rain on a great project

they have a great sound and were so much fun to work with

I mean, just look at them!

Who wouldn't want to work with these two!

And they let me hang out while they were recording their album which was totally awesome

and made me wish I would have studied sound recording

So while I am stressed out most of the time I am very pleased with things that are happening right now

I just wish I had my very own Canon 7D so I could take pictures and make movies all the time

so I am now accepting monetary donations to fund my life dreams

So turns out all that time being a fake artist TOTALLY paid off

and now I am a REAL arteest

The proof is in the fact that one of my pieces from my 2D design class was chosen for the core art show

which means it was hanging up in the HFAC for about 2 weeks

people, my art was in an art show

this is the big time

(Sorry for the quality of the picture, it's from my mom's iPhone, better ones to come, I promise)

This also happened to me once when I was in 5th grade

I was in an art show

and I didn't actually remember that until last week

guess it's always been in my blood

In other news, I started my internship, and was not excited and could not find the motivation to start researching, and was considering telling my mentor that I just couldn't do it

and then I finally made myself sit down and start researching

and now I love it

I just wish Utah would actually decide to be summer

and stop having these random rain storms

and I NEED 7 peaks to open

asap

so I can get some color on my pale skin

but not a lot, because I have decided I WILL NOT be tanning this summer

which is a big change for me

but one I feel needs to happen

Also I am looking for someone to help me with a film project

so if you live in the provo area and have experience filming, at all

and want to help me with this AWESOME project
